Irvine's Police Officers Endorse Anthony Kuo

IRVINE, California - Vice Mayor Anthony Kuo has earned the endorsement of the Irvine Police Association.

Kuo, who has served on the City Council and as a City Commissioner, has long been an advocate for local law enforcement.

"Safe neighborhoods help lift the quality of life in all of Irvine," said Vice Mayor Kuo. "Irvine can count on me to continue partnering with our officers and public safety professionals to keep public safety as our top community priority," Kuo added.

"Vice Mayor Anthony Kuo has constantly shown that he is committed to public safety in Irvine. It was an easy decision for the Irvine Police Association to endorse his re-election," said Dave Wills, President of the Irvine Police Association.

Kuo has consistently championed and supported the efforts of Irvine's Police Officers, as well as community policing programs like DARE, Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), Irvine Disaster Emergency Communicators (IDEC), and Irvine's Community Police Academy, of which Kuo is a graduate.
